The information on this website is provided for general educational and marketing purposes. It is not legal, investment, or individualized tax advice, and it does not create a client relationship by itself.

Professional services begin only after MystiC Accounting and the client agree to the scope, responsibilities, fees, deadlines, and required documentation for the engagement.

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate records, reviewing deliverables, responding to requests, and approving filings, payroll, reports, or other work in time to meet applicable deadlines.

Do not send highly sensitive tax, payroll, bank, identity, or financial documents through ordinary website forms unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Program name: MystiC Accounting SMS Program. Messages may include consultation scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, document requests, account or service updates, deadline reminders, customer care responses, and, only if separately selected, marketing messages such as accounting tips, service updates, special offers, and firm news.

By selecting an optional SMS consent checkbox and submitting your phone number, you authorize MystiC Accounting to send the selected categories of text messages to the phone number provided. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or service.

You can cancel SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we may send one confirmation message to confirm your unsubscribe status, and you will no longer receive SMS messages for that program unless you opt in again.

To rejoin, submit a new form or otherwise sign up again using the same opt-in method. For help, reply HELP or contact us at info@mysticaccounting.com or (850) 706-1040.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information, including mobile information and text messaging consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text messaging services used to deliver requested messages.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this website is the version currently in effect for website and inquiry use.
